Otz - Putting everything behind

So, this is my new Helovian horse, Otz. I'm working on a short comic bit for him which isn't finished. I was wanting to finish it before I put him up but it's taking me so slow to do this, I can withstand it no longer. Yes his mane's a mess =[ I tried to fix it, maybe I'll try again later, but for now I'm content.

Why do I have 2 pieces of the same art up? Because 1's a PSD file and the other is a JPG. I was doing a resolution test but it looks like it doesn't make a difference.
